Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 33cd ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through the 33cd website and its associated mobile interface. The platform operates as an online casino and sports betting service targeting adult players in Bangladesh. All monetary values referenced in these Terms are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

By accessing or using 33cd you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. 33cd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. • Bonus
  Any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other benefit awarded by 33cd subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion.
• Prohibited Jurisdiction
  Any country or territory in which access to online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on 33cd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 33cd does not permit registration or play by anyone under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must register using your own personal details. Providing false, incomplete, or third-party identity information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must hold only one account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of 33cd is lawful in your location.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement or any court or regulatory order restricting your participation in online gambling.

Account Registration and Security

Registration on 33cd creates a legally binding agreement between the Player and the Platform. Players must comply with all registration requirements and are fully responsible for all activity conducted through their account.

• All information submitted during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. 33cd reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in account suspension or closure.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity carried out using your credentials will be treated as authorized by you.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 33cd support at [email protected] immediately and change your password without delay.
• 33cd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.
• Account registration, holding an account, and using the platform are all free of charge. 33cd does not charge a subscription fee or account maintenance fee.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 33cd are conducted in BDT. The platform supports instant deposits and prompt withdrawals through a range of payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh. The following rules govern all financial activity on your account.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 across all supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 33cd does not charge a processing fee on deposits.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals — i.e., sending funds to an account that does not belong to you — are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a KYC check. 33cd reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Funds deposited into your 33cd account must be used for gaming activity on the platform. Depositing funds solely for the purpose of transferring them back out without any gaming activity may be treated as attempted money laundering.
• 33cd is not responsible for any delays caused by the User's chosen payment provider, network outages, or banking system maintenance outside of 33cd's control.
• Where a deposit is returned due to a failed transaction or a successful chargeback claim, 33cd reserves the right to void any winnings or bonuses generated from those funds pending resolution.

Bonuses and Promotions

33cd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general rules set out in this section. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any bonus before claiming it.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be bet before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• 33cd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a player account before the cancellation date will be honoured subject to their applicable terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the rollover requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Seasonal and event-based promotions — including those tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh — are time-limited. They expire on the date and time specified in their individual promotion terms and cannot be extended retroactively.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 33cd is governed by the rules of the individual game or market in question, together with these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between the specific game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• All bets placed on the platform are final once confirmed. 33cd does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed failure that results in the incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, 33cd reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). Abandoned or voided matches follow the specific settlement rules applicable to that market.
• Casino game outcomes on 33cd are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems for slots and virtual table games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game equipment operated by the respective provider's studio.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each game or market are displayed within the game interface or market page. These limits may be adjusted at any time without prior notice and may differ between standard accounts and accounts subject to enhanced restrictions.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 33cd. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following activities may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and any funds balance forfeited.

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts on the platform, whether for personal gain or to assist another person in circumventing platform rules.
• Using or attempting to use any software, script, bot, algorithm, or automated tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption of sporting events on which bets are placed through the platform.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that derive from criminal activity, or using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with the platform or its support team.
• Exploiting any technical bug, software error, or pricing error in a deliberate or systematic manner to generate winnings that would not otherwise be payable under normal operating conditions.

Responsible Gaming

33cd is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes and should not be used as a source of income or as a means to resolve financial difficulties. If you feel that your gambling is no longer within your control, please make use of the tools available to you.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time by contacting support. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our platform without the prior written consent of 33cd, except as permitted by these Terms for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33cd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform.

• 33cd does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures may periodically affect platform availability.
• 33cd shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or any other financial or non-financial loss suffered by a Player as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, beyond the return of any real-money funds held in the Player's account at the time of the loss event.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 33cd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

33cd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. 33cd uses your personal data only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and customer support. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

33cd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 33cd will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform, by email, or by displaying a notice on the homepage. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the platform.
